3. Digital Tokens & Credit Transactions
Tokens acquired inside the Redtube network serve exclusively as virtual tips for our broadcasters. Tokens are non-refundable once distributed during live interactive cam sessions. We enforce strict anti-fraud safeguards to avoid unauthorized transaction attempts.
4. Intellectual Property Parameters
The systematic recording, storage, mirroring, redistribution, or publishing of streams, audio components, or profiles on the Redtube cam network is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized replication of interactive shows violates copyright protections.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services, live displays, interactive parameters, and media items hosted on the Redtube portal are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" configuration without explicit representations of absolute uptime or functional continuity.
